Connecting keyboard to AR3012 BT adapter broken in kernel 5.8.1

While trying to execute `bluetoothctl connect <keyboard:mac>`
I get messages:

connected: yes
paired yes

but the connection doesn't actually happen and bluetoothctl fails after a while.
systemd log tells “Can't get HIDP connection info”

Downgrading kernel 5.8.1 -> 5.7.12 fixed the issue.
BT adapter device id is 13d3:3362

Same with another adapter on another PC: 1131:1004 Integrated System Solution Corp. Bluetooth Device
Seems like it's broken in 5.8.1 and not related to specific adapter driver.

Works nicely with 5.8.3. Seems to be fixed.
