Programs wont start with internet on

Hi im on a fresh install of arch setup on an encrypted arch installation

i had 0 issues on my previous installation but now when i start up the laptop without connecting to the internet i can execute all the programs i want close and restart them without any issues

but now if i start up the radio and connect to any wifi router i can not start any new programs and if i close the ones i currently have on i can not restart them

as of current im using arch in egypt so i might have regional locks when it comes to downloading stuff but this should have 0 effect on anything

i will get back to you asap as long as i know where to troubleshoot from / provide logs etc
