[Solved] Audio card not recognized ... sorta?

Heya, I've been using arch on every other machine except for my main one up until today, when I decided to install arch on my main rig. For whatever reason, my audio card is undetected by alsa and pulseaudio, but its visible in the "system information" menu of alsamixer under /proc/asound/cards (see here).

I'm using this motherboard with this case, if that's relevant.

Heres the output of a few relevant programs.

pacmd list cards

0 card(s) available

pactl list cards

( nothing )

aplay -l

aplay: device_list:274: no soundcards found...

Whats worth noting is that the audio worked fine on manjaro, but not on arch.

If anybody has any idea what the hell might be happening, I'd really appreciate any help. I'm stumped.

Just figured out that the issue was. My dumbass wasn't in the audio group.
