Your OpenGL acceleration for at least 32bit applications is broken, install lib32-mesa or lib32-nvidia-utils whichever applies.

Should that not be sufficient be more verbose about your general system and what you are actually attempting to do. Hardware kernel and drivers involved, and don't post images of text, post the actual text.
