I have installed new installation of archlinux but i dont know whats wrong i tried everything sound not working, My other installation after installing alsa-utils and unmute sound work ok.
My asound.conf:

You break the default device twice, and then reference the dmix node that references your hdmi card. a ! in ALSA configuration completely replaces prior definitions for the specified node, so what you will end up with is a softvol referencing your hdmi hw:0,0 card as the default.
Where did you get that config from, it doesn't really make much sense as written. If you just want to change the default device to go to card 1 the entire asound.conf you need for this is
defaults.pcm.!card "PCH"
