I recently switched over from Manjaro. So far, so good, however I've run into one issue. A program I use on wine requires using "normal user" privileges, but using runas doesn't seem to be working, despite the fact that I have wine-staging installed. I tried reinstalling wine-staging and making a new prefix but neither helped. The command I'm using is wine runas /trustlevel:0x20000 ~/Downloads/HDT-Installer.exe, and here's the output I'm receiving:
002c:fixme:winediag:__wine_start_process Wine Staging 5.16 is a testing version containing experimental patches.
002c:fixme:winediag:__wine_start_process Please mention your exact version when filing bug reports on winehq.org.
0024:err:module:process_init L"C:\\windows\\system32\\runas.exe" not found
When I look under the folder, there is indeed no such file as runas.exe.
Happy to provide any further info required to narrow in on the issue.

Downgrading to an older version then upgrading back to 5.16 seems to have fixed the issue. Strange how uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help but downgrading did.
