I'm trying to install arch linux on macos but i can't install hfsprogs.
I get the following error:
Scavenger.h: 51: 10: fatal error: sys / sysctl.h: No such file or directory
51 | #include <sys / sysctl.h>
| ^ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
utilities.c: 73: 10: fatal error: sys / sysctl.h: No such file or directory
73 | #include <sys / sysctl.h>
How do I solve this?

Read the comment section of the AUR package. You should generally be able to just remove this include.

I do not know how to do it. Can you give me any tips?

Look at the files that are printed as errors, remove the line #include <sys / sysctl.h> wherever it appears. Try building again.

Out of interest, why is installing hfsprogs a prerequisite to installing Arch on your Mac?

I do it. But when I run the makepkg command it puts the include back

Read the makepkg man page.
Especially look for --noextract and --noprepare.
