laggy badly after switched to "only external screen" mode

question description

[solved]     can't recognize external monitor
[unsolved] laggy when switch to "only external screen" mode

what I had done

After have arch installed in my laptop(Dell G5 5590, gtx1650 ver.), I try to setup dual monitors but failed.
I try many ways including "switch back and forth between open source driver and closed one", "tried nvidia-prime", "config xorg.conf", etc. They doesn't work.
In desperation, I installed mhwd from AUR, installed "video-hybrid-intel-nvidia-dkms-prime-render-offloading" by it. I don't know if it's appropriate to do so. But it works by a miracle. I finally managed to enjoy my 4k screen.
Then, I set the external monitor to major and shutdown laptop's screen. As title says, the graphics laggy badly even freezed, but cursor act as normal.
Back to normal when switch to "only laptop screen" or "extend to left/right" mode.
At first I thought it might be KDE's bad.So I try xfce4 and didn't fix that.
I don't know what to do now.But I think there must a way to fix it, because it works well when i am using manjaro.
Please give me some advice.
