I bought a new computer yesterday. Laptop computer.
After installing it, I found the trackpad didn't work when I used it today.
Check the WIKI for "Libinput" and confirm that "xF86-input-Libinput, xorg-XInput" are installed.
It appears that the system did not detect the trackpad.
This is the first time you have encountered such a problem. How do you deal with it?
Thanks!

What "Laptop computer"? Vendor/Model?
Chances are that it has a switch to toggle the trackpad (some Fn key combo, maybe an almost invisible button in a corner of the trackpad that you have to double click…)
