Why are the xfce4 packages still at 4.14, instead of 4.15?

Most of the packages from the xfce4 group are outdated, but after I flagged them earlier today, the flags were all removed.

I also notice that the urls used to update these packages are not pointing to xfce's gitlab page, and instead still points to https://archive.xfce.org.

4.15 was released close to 3 months ago, but it seems there is no move to update xfce4.

Does anyone know why they are still at 4.14? What's wrong with 4.15?

Thanks

Short version of loqs link:
4.14 is latest stable version (and avail at their download site).
4.15 is development branch which will become 4.16 once stable for release.

Edit: Ah ... Ninja'd!
