two problems with new expat
1) dot from graphviz wants old expat (but package upgrades)
2) musicbrainz wants old expat (package refuses to upgrade)

No bug report necessary, there are new versions for both packages in the repo now.
* if your mirror doesn't have them yet, belnet.be has sync'ed.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
