HDMI undetected Dell i15-3583

Hello everyone,

I'm having problems with my laptop, the HDMI port was not detected by the system, I tried everything, but nothing seems to work.

Running:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 620
