Hi all,
I'm using KDE plasma with sddm and the terminal behaves strangely. When I start a process like pacman -Syu or rsync and change to an other tty via CTRL+ALT+F2 (usualy to an other user) the process stops. For instance when I start rsync -av --progress on two local folders, change the user and come back after a long time, rsync tries to continue right where I left it.
I havn't seen this behavior on any other distribution. Do you know why the terminal stops and how to resolve this?
