Hi there,
when I log into my KDE Plasma Session my Keyboard shortcuts are delayed for a minute (eg. switch the virtual desktop). After a minute they all are applied in quick succession (e.g. the virtual desktop is switched multiple times).
Im running arch on a Dell XPS 9700 but had similar issues on my Thinkpad T440s. These are the systemd logs from login until the keyboard is fully working:

Update:
The issue definitely seems so be related to the connection of any bluetooth device. I used a wired keyboard instead of my bluetooth one and all the shortcuts work immediately after I logged in without any delays. As soon as I connect a mouse or my headphones. All shortcuts lag for about a minute.
