Hi,
I had some broken update and couldn't fix it. If you want to follow the journey, it's here. I opted for a fresh install, that happened without much issue except for and efi hiccup. I successfully restarted a couple of times. In the last iteration I was trying to configure /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf and rebooted. Now it is stuck at
Starting version 246.6-1-arch
/dev/sda3: clean, 436900/1966000 files, 4627952/7864320 blocks
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Is it actually stuck or is just xorg broken (..potentially due to misconfiguration?) Try switching your VT.

It seems to be stuck. I removed the xorg file I changed before for the touchpad. I believe that was the only change after previous reboot. What is VT?
Fallback also gets stuck.

Virtual Terminal you can switch with Ctrl + Alt + F1 F2 and so on. If that doesn't work try to boot with the
systemd.unit=multi-user.targetkernel parameter. What's supposed to start anyway? Xorg? A display manager? Maybe post your current bootloader config.

You`re right, is not stuck. I can change to another terminal, but it quickly jumps back. I believe it was supposed to start lxdm. It did that a couple of times. Here is grub.cfg: http://ix.io/2AoR

You believe? You installed, configured, and enabled it and you don't know? How did you install Arch?

What guide did you follow to reinstall arch?

Arch installation guide on the home webpage

That does not include installing or enabling any graphical environment. Did you install and enable lxdm? Did you enable anything else? What additional configuration not covered in the installation guide did you perform?
