Hi,
GEogebra don't close when doing the following steps
- start geogebra
- define a point (if you don't do that geogebra quit without asking)
- click on closing the window
- select option: "Don't save

On geogebra bug report, I receive a somehow harsh response.

It makes me think that its maybe not an upstream bug but I'm not shure.
I observed that the aplication does not have an exit entrey in the menu of the application.

Edit: link edited, and I can reproduce the error (somehow).
According to your video, you closed the application using your Window manager buttons. I cannot do so because my window manager bspwm does not provide such a button. But I can kill the window with the keystroke I defined for this task in my configuration.
