Bashtop not showing any info

Hello, I hope this is the correct section.

I have installed basthop both on my laptop (Asus X580VD) and a minipc (Minisforum U700) I'm using as a small home docker server.

Bashtop is working as expected on the minipc

Minipc

but it's showing nothing on the Asus laptop

Asus

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It seems that the developer is trying to depreciate bashtop.

It's also been flagged as out-of date for a couple of months, now.

This shouldn't prevent the existing utility from  showing output if it works on another system, are the optdeps installed?

All dependencies are installed AFAIK

Found this in ~/.config/bashtop/errors.log
