Re: polygonal icon… turned wallpaper collection

Nice. Do you have it as SVG?

Re: polygonal icon… turned wallpaper collection

I like it! Would you please consider posting a CC0 licensed 5120x2880 version to the archlinux-wallpaper contest?

Re: polygonal icon… turned wallpaper collection

FYI, here's a simplified svg path of the icon itself:

<svg width="189" height="189" version="1.1" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg">
<path d="M 95 19 153 136 133 129 155 143 170 170 106 142 114 127 104 107 85 107 76 127 84 142 20 170 72 66 97 80 74 60 Z"/>
</svg>

Re: polygonal icon… turned wallpaper collection

Dark version (w/ neon vibesfor 80ies retro mood)
https://imgur.com/a/g7W7fGA

The blue one is an archified reconstruction of a wallpaper I made a decade ago (loved me my scanlines) and while looking through the old work, I noticed a particular line in the code fragment I randomly picked (linux cpu code - from  2011 ;-)
The white one is probably Aicher inspired (looked through a lot of his work this year and it feels like 70ies sportswear, no idea)

@xyproto, I don't necessarily think this stuff is contest-ready. I didn't spend a lot of time on it.
I made the icon because the dented lines started to annoy me tongue
Then I felt like I should share it, then saw your post, then took a look at the package, then thought: "'key, that's pityful" and made a wallpaper out of the icon and got into "let's add some variety" mood.

tl;dr - if you don't get enough submissions for the contest, call back for the SVGs - as far as I'm concerned, this is all https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTFPL, which is probably CC0 compatible.
