Update (funny story):
About the time I made my last post, I had thought of a potential solution by just not specifying NVreg_TemporaryFilePath, since according to nvidia documentation, it already has a file path set by default. I tried that, and though suspend didn't fail, it didn't seem to prevent the graphics issue.
Just a few minutes ago, I decided to take one last crack at the problem, and realized I spelled "nvidia" as "nvidai". After correcting the spelling error and having ONLY "options nvidia NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations = 1" in my /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf, everything works like a charm! Anki no longer has graphical issues after suspend and neither does VSCode.
I also did a test to see whether setting that option was what really fixed the issues, and I can confirm that when that option is commented out, suspend problems return.
I would like to close this thread now, but I'm not exactly sure how. Can somebody help?

Glad to hear
Edit the title in the first post of the thread (you might have to shorten it a bit) and prepend [SOLVED]: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … ow_to_post
