After updating my system yesterday, I noticed that some application are starting very slowly (eg. tilix, Gnome Disks, ...). If I start one of those programs the following happens:
A window pops up, which is just blank and is see-through (showing the content as the windows behind it (just like a screenshot))
Whilst this "ghost" window is up, my system is very unresponsive (but the cpu and RAM usage is just fine)
After about 2 minutes the program starts rendering its gui.
After that the program kind of works. It is very slow and unresponsive. After some time it will crash eventually.
I do not know much about those programs internals but they all seem to be using GTK if I am correct.

So when I shut down the PC, it throwed many usb freq errors at me. I unplugged an usb webcam which was not working anyways from the PC. Now It seems to be working again. What a stupid mistake... I dont really know why only those GTK programs were affected by this but I am not going to question it
Sorry if somebody already tried to help me, I am closing this for now.
Edit: Sorry for the big images.
