Lighdm randomly broken.

Turned on my computer today after using it great for the last 6 months and lightDM seems to have broken.

I can’t seem to get the service to start.

dm-tool switch-to-greeter yields

Not running inside a display manager, XDG_SEAT_PATH not defined

How do I set this variable?

Could you post your lightdm config (/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf)?
