GDM and GNOME slow startup

Hello guys,
I've been using GNOME for a couple of weeks and a problem that I couldn't fix by myself is that GDM and GNOME are really slow to startup.
GDM can take about 10/15sec to show up, and same for the gnomeshell. With other DEs (I've used Plasma before) and other DM (SDDM, LightDM) I never had any issue.
Here is what I've tried:

  • Enabling Early KMS start following this and this (I have already added nvidia, nvidia-drm etc. in mkinicpio.conf inside MODULES)

  • Tried disabling all GNOME Shell Extensions.

  • Upgrading to the latest kernel (currently I'm running 5.8.13 because otherwise my dGPU doesn't output on my external monitor. Also I have nvidia 455.23.04-4).

  • Installed rng-tools and haveged (one by one). Currently I'm only using rng-tools.

The following are my journalctl and dmesg output:

journalctl -b -xe
dmesg

My laptop's spec:
Brand: DELL G3 Gaming 3579
dGPU: nvidia 1050ti
CPU: i7-8750H

Thanks in advance for your help!
