Swedish lang in KDE plasma gone

I have a new install with KDE, plasma-meta but there are no Swedish language, a lot of other language but not Swedish.

Someone who know what is wrong?

I don't see Swedish either, that looks like a bug.

If you edit  .config/plasma-localerc to look similar to this, it should work

[Formats]
LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8

Have the same problem to after updating to 5.20. Even if plasma-localerc is set to use Swedish, the system doesn't use it. Most applications (not all) seems to use Swedish though. So it's kind of a mixed language system at the moment.
