AMD integrated chipset and NVIDIA discrete GPU: how to activate NVIDIA

Hello,

I have found plenty of information on the wiki on how to use a NVIDIA discrete GPU with an Intel integrated chipset (Bumblebee, Prime, ...) and how to use and AMD discrete GPU with an intel integrated chipset, but on my laptop I have an AMD processor with and AMD integrated chipset, with a discrete NVIDIA GPU.
I have found no info on how to use the NVIDIA GPU in that case, and when trying PRIME, I don't see the NVidia output provider in XrandR.
Is there any documentation on how to use the NVIDIA GPU in that specific case?
Thanks.

Re: AMD integrated chipset and NVIDIA discrete GPU: how to activate NVIDIA

Most of the information about Intel iGPU + discrete nvidia card is applicable to amd iGPU + discrete nvidia  but needs some adjustments .
example : optimus-manager doesn't support amd iGPU in latest stable release yet, but optimus-manager master branch does.

Check https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NVIDIA_Optimus and tell us which of those available methods you prefer.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
