Frequency analyser

Is there a JACK compliant tool/plugin that can be fed with audio, that just displays the frequency range? Possibly in more than one way (spectral view would also be nice).
I'm currently traing to get all the tools I need for recording an my arch. Still haven't found one of those, which is very useful for masters... (I have JAMIN)

I just want a tool that doesn't do anything to the audio, just displays the spectral/frequency view of it.

Any ideas?

How about Jaaa or Japa? I've never used either(not much call for spectrum analysis around here), but they were the first I found.
