[SOLVED]. Dolphin won’t mount my 2TB HD, please help

I recently installed Arch for my first time and everything was good but my only problem is that I cannot access my external hard drive.

I get the error below:

An error occurred while accessing '1.8 TiB Removable Media', the system responded: The requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/sdc1 at /run/media/bashr/: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdc1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error

What is the output of

lsblk -f

If it's ntfs for example, I highly recommend https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/NTFS-3G

It is working now. Thanks for your help.

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
