Application to Edit Text in a PDF

There is a nice set of PDF editors here

Can anyone indicate if one of these will allow me to easily edit the text of a PDF? I have a document that I need to just make a few small changes within the text part.

The only way to do that is LibreOffice Draw, Inkscape or one of the commercial options (or the older masterpdfeditor-free for noncommercial use)

If it isn't a very personal or confidential file, there may also be https://www.pdfescape.com/
