[rfc] i3-ish wallpapers

5mzU5DF.gif

Meant as global backdrop for a set of transparent terminals in a tiling WM setup.
Since I don't run that kind of desktop, I'd be interested in constructive criticism (or pointless insults, if that helps you somehow)

Invalid points:
- ugly banding (I'm aware)
- "I don't like no light/dark desktops" - that's why there different versions ;-)

What I really want to know is whether this works or what aspects i'd need to pay more attention to. Whether the scanlines are noice! or distracting, you'd prefer actually more background action, … this kind of stuff.

Re: [rfc] i3-ish wallpapers

I like the dark ones, but the scan lines are a bit too distracting for me.  sad

Better or worse?

I like it.  No scan lines that I see, and the PCB (?) effect is pretty cool.

Yup, pcb.

Less intrusive(?) bright version, no "captain archmerica" comments, please ;-)
