What hard disk vendor is this?  In the worst case this sounds like your disk is about to die, don't do any writes, backup the disk with dd. Run a SMART check and post the output of 

smartctl -a /dev/sda

In the not so bad case it might be simply an issue with power management in which case you will want to try max_performance: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Po … Management but do a smart check and post the output of smartctl first.

I don't know, sometimes It remounts RO, sometimes it don't
