Hal or dbus problem?

Hi,

when starting banshee I get

 banshee

Now hal in daemons in rc.conf... ipod is connected but does not show up now

The only thing you have to do, is read the error message...

try

`dbus-launch basnshee`

Have you tried to turn it off and on again?

(I never read error messages as a rule lol. ..
