[SOLVED][Plasma]Dolphin places not synced with open/save window places

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is a way to keep synced ( or at least to change the default entries) in the default window that pops up when pressing "open" or "save as" in any application with the "places" on Dolphin.
In the "open"/"save as" window I get as entries:

Recents, Home, Desktop, Documents, Downloads,  Images, Music, Videos and "Other locations"

which are much different from my "places" set in Dolphin:

Home, Root, Work, Opt, Downloads and other custom paths

I often have to open files from a resource on an external drive, whose path is /run/media/archh/drive1/dir1/dir2/dir3, reaching it from the root directory is time consuming, so I was wondering how could I sync them.

OS: Arch Linux x86_64
DE: Plasma 5.20.2
WM: KWin

Yes and no, depends on which application's save/open you are talking about. QT/KDE programs should already do that. If you are talking about GTK clients then no, these are separate files. You might be able to write some periodic background timer to sync the file dolphin adjusts with the file that is read by GTK, but I'd have to dig into where that is.

Nice catch, I was having troubles with a GTK client, I didn't realized it. With other programs such as Kate everything was fine, with some other programs (which are GTK clients), nope.
The easiest way to fix this had been to install nautilus, change those entries, then uninstall it again with its unnecessary dependencies

pacman -Rs nautilus

Well you should be able to set relevant entries from the GTK dialog directly as well you will just have to do that explicitly there as well.

Actually, yes, drag & drop works, I didn't knew how was organized on GTK clients, it didn't allowed me to add links cause drag & drop for new bookmarks is allowed only on bottom of the left panel (I tried on top) and the right click menu is not helpful for those tasks. Thank you again for your time.
