Alacritty, Steam & Spotify (and probably more if I were to install) is stuttering when used, quite heavily when clicked and every ~1 sec while running.
I'm not sure what causes it - I got the Nvidia drivers downloaded. Unigine Heaven benchmark runs excellent without stuttering.
Anyone that might suggest where I should start looking?
I'm not running any extra compositors, the de is xcfe4
Specs:
Ryzen 2700X | 2080ti | 16Gb RAM | Arch installed on SSD

Solved the issue by disabling my 2nd monitor. Obviously something is just misconfigured in either Nvidia X Server Settings or X itself.
I'm confident the WIKI can resolve that..
So, it was xfme (compositor) included with xfce4 that messed things up. Don't know why, and I don't really care. Will just try some other compositors instead. Case closed.
