Random Chinese 6D "gaming" mouse

apparently this thing can go from 800 DPI to 1600 DPI https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rechargeable-W … 3573030004. Really, I would like the mouse sensitivity to stop being so high (a lower DPI would lower sensitivity right?), it makes it painful to use the cursor.
This is my xinput list

Virtual core pointer id=2	[master pointer (3)]
Virtual core XTEST pointer id=4	[slave pointer (2)]

And this is the deatails of the properties of index 20 mouse (the mouse I think I'm using)

I've tried looking around for some people with similar issues and most of this stuff is really going over my head. one of them said to multiply "Device Accel Constant Deceleration" by 5 but it's not listed in the properties.

Re: Random Chinese 6D "gaming" mouse

Have you tried just pressing the button that changes its resolution?

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan
