[SOLVED] Set the font of all programs and settings and ..

Hi, I chose the fonts from the path below
settings / appearance / fonts
In both options, I chose the "Iranian Sans" font
But in some programs such as Whatsdesk and TelegramDesktop, I have a problem with Persian fonts, and the Persian fonts inside the programs are illegible and bad.
I want the "Iranian Sans" font to be activated in the whole arch, it should be active everywhere and it should not be other than this font !!
Is this possible ??
