Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying Anything

I connect my second monitor to my laptops HDMI port and it doesn't display anything but the monitor is detected in Gnome and GDM.

Xrandr: http://ix.io/2Ec2

Graphics Card: GTX 1650 Mobile

Latest NVidia Drivers

Laptop (Not sure if this matters but): Asus FX505DT

If anyone needs any more info please ask. I don't really know how much info would be needed here.

Re: Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying Anything

I would recommend changing your session to GNOME on Xorg. Log out of your current session and you should see an option for changing it. NVIDIA and Wayland don't play nicely as far as I know.

Oh one more piece of information:
The monitor is an AOC 2436Vh.
It shows up in GNOME as AOC 24"

xrandr: Configure crtc 4 failed
X Error of failed request:  BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request:  140 (RANDR)
Minor opcode of failed request:  21 (RRSetCrtcConfig)
  Value in failed request:  0x0
Serial number of failed request:  58
Current serial number in output stream:  58

CRTC? The monitor isn't CRT to my knowledge. Does CRTC stand for something else?

Re: Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying Anything

My /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ directory is empty. Is this a result of using a proprietary driver or should that not matter?

Should I try nouveau or another opensource driver?

Re: Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying Anything

Update: Nouveau works. Switching to Nouveau fixed the issue.

Re: Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying Anything

My /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ directory is empty.

Wrong™ section, the critical part is (this is for the nvidia driver)

xrandr --setprovideroutputsource NVIDIA-G0 modesetting

Re: Second Monitor Detected But Not Displaying Anything

Ahh okay. Also my Nouveau fix may also have something to do with the fact that I reinstalled Arch (removing my rediculous amount of installed DEs) and switched to SDDM and Cinnamon DE.
