VS Code 1.51.1 Don't detect any python interpreter env?

Hi,
I have an issue with the latest version of Visual studio code on my arch.
VS Code 1.51.1 no longer detects python  interpreter. If we go to Python:Select Interpreter, python environments are not shown. Even after entering the interpreter path manually, the environment is still not detected.

1. Install VS Code
2. Ensure that the Python:PythonPath directs to the installed Python interpreter
3. Open Command Pallette in VS Code to select Python Interpreter
4. The installed (and activated) python environment is not shown

Do you have a workaround or an idéa?

Seems like a current program/packaging issue: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/68629
