Arch Linux Cannot Detect My Speakers And Headphones

The os for some reason does not recognize my speaker or bluetooth headphones but after a system restart it detects them. I really don't know the reason behind this, I had the same problem while I was using Ubuntu. But for some reason I believe that Howdy (A arch linux package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/howdy/) is the reason behind this.

sudo pacman -S pulseaudio-bluetooth

Thank you! After reinstalling pulseaudio-bluetooth and restarting the service it worked.
