Add gnome classic panel to kde

Hello
I want to add the following panel, which is shown in the photo, to kde.

Right click on your taskbar, select Add Panel > Application Menu Bar. It'll bring up an empty menu bar on the top, right click on that, add widgets and customize it to your heart's content. Also, if you Edit Panel, you can add a spacer to separate stuff to the left and right.
