How to change ttf-font provider?

I'm stuck with this situation because a was used to do it seamlessly in gentoo, put pacman in not emerge and slots are not providers. I did'n find the clear answer in the wiki and in this forum. Please help.

You install font and change the used font in the software, or set the default priority with a fonts.conf. (I do the later)

Change your title and read a little, I guess you mean, "how to change default font?"

Ah, what?

I am not aware of anything called ttf-fonts - there is no such package in the repos.  There is a ttf-font which is a virtual package that can be provided by any number of fonts: pick one you like.  If the font you'd prefer does not provide ttf-font, but you believe it should, either (re)package it yourself, or file a request on the bug tracker for the package to provide ttf-font.

during plasma install i've selected noto-fonts as ttf-font provider. Everything has installed correctly and works. But i want to uninstall noto and install for example dejavu. And I can't understand how to do this becase noto is marked as dependency to multiple packages

You don't select that, noto-fonts is a hard-dependency on certain elements of plasma, you just install new font, and change config to use it, plain as that.
(and really, there's no actual reason to uninstall noto, besides that you can't, because some of plasma requires it)

EDIT: nevermind some parts, just install it. Then remove noto AFTER.

EDIT2: sorry Trilby, I got confused with a pacman -Sii noto-fonts

If plasma just requires the ttf-font virtual package, you can install dejavu then uninstall noto-fonts.  As far as pacman is concerned, the ttf-font dependency is satisfied as long as one package installed provides it.  Pacman does not track which package was installed to satisfy that dependency: it only requires that (at least) one package providing it remains installed to satisfy the dependency.

Of course, if as Gaku999 says, parts of plasma depend specifically on noto-fonts, then you pretty much need to keep them installed (there are some ways around this, but they're almost certainly not worth it).

AFTER is the question.. I cant understand how to change dependencies.

I've installed ttf-bitstream-vera-1.10-14-any but cant remove noto-fonts

noto-fonts is hard-dependency of plasma-integration (who knows why!), so it stays there, it wont give you problems, just change config to use your new font.
