I'm not sure I understood correctly, but does the monitor still not work if you plug it into the same port that you used for the primary.
Also just to be sure run
sudo pacman -Syu and restart
If that doesn't do it run
lspci -nn | grep '\[03' and post result
You said "and then my second screen stop giving out put", did the monitor ever work on this install?
And the error has to do with the backlight of the monitor I don't think it'd have anything to do with your monitor being detected or not.

i tried
sudo pacman -Syuand restarted still didnt get any output
the screen give me output when i power up my system , in the bios menu and it keeps working when i chose what "system" i want to boot into - arch linux is the only one i have - gives me 2 lines of information one of them has to do with booting or reading somethin on
/dev/sda2 but it couldnt read all of that code cuz it gose away quickly
once it gives me this information i see my log in manager on my primary monitor and my second one stops working
this is the out put i got
[sufian@sufian-pc ~]$ lspci -nn | grep '\[03'
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Ellesmere [Radeon RX 470/480/570/570X/580/580X/590] [1002:67df] (rev e7)
my GPU is radeon rx580

I want you to post the entire Xorg.0.log, the link only explained where to find it (depending on your setup)

Copy the contents of "/var/log/Xorg.0.log" and post them
One way to do it is
cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log| curl -F 'sprunge=<-' http://sprunge.us and send the output link

@Chop1n, actual pastebin.com is discouraged and there're easier ways anyway. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pastebin

Single GPU system and the 2nd HDMI output is never available to X11.
then my second screen stop giving out put
When exactly does this happen and do you have a second output when only booting the multi-user.target (see the 2nd link in my signature) or at least at the bootloader (grub)?
I'd say that the monitor powers off and unregisters when it doesn't get a signal during the boot, but it should then re-appear when re-plugging it.
Still see https://raw.githubusercontent.com/torva … modedb.rst and try
video=HDMI-A-0:e video=HDMI-A-1:eEdit: possible duct-tape "solution", https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=224196 - but let's first clarify when and how the problem manifests.

still in the process of reading the artical but just to give quick response to when the problem happens
i see the boot menu on both my monitors i do see the error of handling brightness then my monitor tells me that there is no signal
when i get to my login on my first monitor .

I don't think it's backlight related, ensure to also remove the "quiet" parameter from the commandline.
Online
about the
video=HDMI-A-0:e video=HDMI-A-1:eso im still not sure where to edit those settings im assuming its i can find in the xorg or grub wiki correct ?
or is it just a command that i excute on my terminal
Offline
The kernel commandline, you can eg. edit itby selecting the kernel entry in the bootloader and pressing "e" (or updating GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT, don't forget to recreate the grub config)
The "quiet" parameter is likewise (just remove it)

now im getting defferent

good news
the monitor is working almost like intended i just dont have a "background" or anything that works like a disctop screen thing working there
the solution was to edit
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 " to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="video=HDMI-A-0:e video=HDMI-A-1:e acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor" so than you sir you were really nice about helping me fixing that
i actually didnot realize that
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT are the terminal prameters
i kind of know a solution for it not display a disktop background thing but if you would suggest a method that would be amazing
thank you again and have a great day/night

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT are the parameters that the bootloader (grub) passes to the kernel (linux) by default.
As for the multiscreen layout, see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Multihead
Open a new thread (there's a "one problem per thread" rule to let others benefit from your solutions) and post an updated xorg log and, because the desktop environment is gonna be relevant, the output of "loginctl session-status --no-pager".
Edit: VGA/HDMI adapters have a tendency to be wonky - it currently might work by a fluke.
