USB Keyboard, not recognized

My problems is: USB Keyboard is not recognized and doesn't work over Linux or Windows. The lights are ok (3 of 3), but nothing happens when i press the keys. I Try 2 keyboards and nothing. lsusb and lshwd show nothing at all. Mi laptop specs: look my sign below.

Do you have USB support turned on in the BIOS?  Even with nothing plugged in, you should still get info from lsusb.

With no usb devices plugged in, it should give you at least something like this:
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

Do other USB devices work on your laptop? 
Do you have USB keyboard support or legacy USB support turned on in your bios?

Since it doesn't work in either Windows or Linux, I would be leaning towards a bios setting.  You could check the Compaq website to see if it is a known issue.

The PhoenixBIOS sux, have poor options; nothing like Keyboard or something but mi Mouse USB Logitech 510 works fine...any other options??
