A few months ago I had failure of both hard disks in my laptop. Since I reinstalled Arch on the new system disk I have never been able to use my trusty bluetooth mouse that I've been using for a few years :-(
All PCI devices, apart from the networking (Atheros) are Intel.
The mouse connects and immediately disconnects repeatedly :-

Same issue here since today. Can't connect anything (like PS3 controller, PS4 controller, Rapoo E6700 Keyboard, my phone etc). Bluetoothctl also loops between connected and disconnected states (until the device that I'm trying to connect stops even trying). Tried to find a fix or workaround for this for the whole day, without luck. I'm willing to give any logs that might be necessary.
