I have a 32G USB and I have Tails on it, I would like to Install Arch and boot into Arch/Tails via Grub, Do I just follow the standard Arch install but on /dev/sdx (whichever letter is usb) or is there something else that i need to know/do?

So I just leave the Tails partition as is and partition the rest for a normal Arch install? I just need to be 100% sure, really don't wanna f*ck this up

Yes. And then decide for which one should be controlling the boot loader. If you have GRUB setup already then just omit the GRUB steps and configure the GRUB you've already installed to boot the initramfs of the Arch partition.
