I have been using Arch Linux for a few months and I really like it. However, I have encountered the same problem with potentially NetworkManager on two separate systems, one running on 5.9.9-arch1-1 and the other running on 5.8.x-arch-1-1 (I don't use this anymore). They both use an Intel AX200 WiFi
I normally use the command line
nmcli device wifi connect SSID password PASSWORDto connect to my Wifi. However, at random times it would disconnect and never reconnect. This happens once or twice per day with my current computer. I observed that this usually happens when I am away from the keyboard, e.g. when I sleep while keeping the computer on, or when I go to lunch, etc. When I am using the computer, this seldom happens. To clarify, I can manually reconnect using
nmcli device wifi connect, but it just won't automatically reconnect. This might be a problem as I would like to remotely use my computer in the future.
I learnt that NetworkManager only retries a few time upon disconnection. So, I tried tweaking some options of my connection. Here is the output of my
nmcli connection show SSIDconnection.id: Orbiqqq

But, it seems that didn't work. After that, I googled for a bit and tried to configure NetworkManager so it doesn't randomize MAC address. I did this by creating a file in /etc/wifi_rand_mac.conf.
[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=noBut this doesn't solve the problem as well. I am running out of ideas. I would try using a separate DHCP client but I rather not change more things that I don't really understand. Therefore, I am seeking help on the forum and your help is very much appreciated. Thanks.
here is the output of my recent journal
journalctl -u NetworkManager, and the associated disconnection event seems to happen at around 17:00.

LOAD = Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded.
ACTIVE = The high-level unit activation state, i.e. generalization of SUB.
SUB = The low-level unit activation state, values depend on unit type.
118 loaded units listed. Pass --all to see loaded but inactive units, too.
To show all installed unit files use 'systemctl list-unit-files'.Offline
