Cannot change brightness after restart

I am using Arch on Thinkpad T480 and after restart I cannot change brightness. It's on ~60%, the only thing that's possible is to turn the screen off when I set brightness to 0. Values 10-100% all have same brightness. It was working fine before the restart.

Is there no error or warning about the driver in the output of `dmesg`?

There's this:

But I don't know if it was there before or not.
