USB Floppy Drive

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know of any good quality USB 3.5 floppy drives that work out of box with Arch Linux?

I would like to use it to install some old dos games on Dosbox,

Thanks,

Re: USB Floppy Drive

I have one of these https://www.freecom.com/product/usb-flo … ive-22767/ .

Used it for windows xp install / troubleshooting around 2009.
Also used it approx 5 years ago to copy useful things from my 400+ floppy collection to an archlinux volume

Last time I used it was in 2018 to copy original floppies of a dos game to hdd for a friend.
(the game still runs fine in dosbox).

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
