XFCE4 right click menu editing

What I want to do is to edit the applications/programs options that come up when I right-click the desktop. Specifically under applications.
I do not have a menu launcher anywhere else on my desktop.

I have looked at /etc/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu that I found in another search, but I can't help but feel like that edits the application menu within the launcher and not the "right-click" menu specifically.

To be honest, I'm just a little hesitant to "break" something as I also use this laptop for school, so I'm in "cautious" exploration mode.

Is that the correct file for me to edit, or can someone point me in a correct direction?
Tried searching and maybe I can't word it properly but can't seem to find anything else.

Re: XFCE4 right click menu editing

Might have a look at Xfce documentation.
