resume immediately after suspend

I am using archlinux on my laptop, and I usually close the lid or use function key to let my laptop suspend to ram.
Sometimes, it suspends successfully, sometimes not (about 70%), it just turn the screen black and resume immediately OR it is still black and I cannot resume it anymore, I can still hear the cooler fan still work, but I can't control it, even I use ssh.

The Reboot is that I can't resume my laptop, so I force shutdown by long pressing power button.
I have disable everything in /proc/acpi/wakeup except PXSX (idk why I can't disable it)

parallel windows installation? Did you mean dual boot? Yes, I have Windows on my SSD, Ubuntu and Arch on HDD.
