Civ 6 Can't alt+tab Cinnamon

Hi guys.
I've got an issue with Civilization 6 on steam: if i alt+tab the window does not switch, it remains on civ6 (it switches for a second then returns on civ).
Pressing win button shows the panel but if i click on it with the mouse the window returns on civ.
The only way to do it is showing the desktop by win+D and then choosing the other app.
I run the game with this steam launch option: LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libfreetype.so.6 %command% which is fundamental, otherwise the game does not start.
Setting the game in "windowed mode" solves the issue but the window is really small and the cursor can move on both game and desktop which is terrible; there is no in-game option for borderless window.
I've tried to run it in fullscreen and then toggle fullscreen state with a cinnamon shortcut but the issue remains.
I've tried to add -borderless in steam launch option but it does not work, the games start in fullscreen.
This issue is really frustrating because i have to continously show the desktop and then select the chat with my friends for chatting while playing (steam overlay is disabled by the previous steam launch option so i have to alt+tab to the chat window).
Alt+tab works perfectly in other games.
Alt+tab works with civ 6 on gnome, but i do not want to switch DE for play a game.
