[SOLVED] Boot hangs after [OK] Started Accounts Service

I had just changed some stuff in the lightdm-settings tool and went to restart when this happened. I used the iso and chroot to put the config file back, but it's still acting weird. Can anyone help? I am also able to access the virtual terminals. the reason I can see [OK] started Account Service is because I have the grub quiet option disabled.

After using ctrl alt f4, I uninstalled lightdm and it's greeters, reinstalled them, and ran systemctl disable lightdm.service and then enabled it again, upon restart, I get [Failed] Failed to start Light Display Manager.
